We stand behind everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your Alveo Home purchase, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@alveo-home.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for domestic orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@alveo-home.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
